This commit adds language-specific settings and instructions to the AnduinOS ISO. It automatically installs the corresponding input method, selects the appropriate apt mirror, and sets the timezone based on the selected language. Additionally, it updates the `LANG` environment variable in `/etc/default/locale` and `/etc/skel/.pam_environment`. Users can still switch the language after installation by installing language packs and input methods. Internet connection is required.
